At Bluemercury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition, whether purchased online or at one of our neighborhood spas.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened and any fragile glass is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized USPS or FedEx location, or visit a Bluemercury store for an immediate in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
